Day 01: Ahmedabad

In the morning arrive in Ahmedabad. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel in Ahmedabad. In the afternoon you will visit the Gandhi ashram and the Akshardham temple.

Day 02: Ahmedabad

In the morning you will visit the Hathee Singh Jain Temple, Jama Masjid, and Calico Museum of Textiles.

Day 03: Ahmedabad – Rajkot

In the morning you will drive to Rajkot. In the evening arrive in Rajkot. Overnight stay at the hotel in Rajkot.

Day 04: Rajkot – Dwaraka

Day 05: Dwaraka – Porbandar – Somnath

Day 06: Somnath – Junagadh

In the morning, visit the former princely state of Junagarh. The city’s popular attractions include the very popular Ashoka’s Rock Edicts-carrying Emperor Ashoka’s edicts carved on a huge granite boulder, Junagarh Museum-housing manuscripts, pre-historic stones, silverware, textiles, woodcarvings, stone carvings, and more. Drive to Ahmedabad. At night transfer to the airport or railway station for the onward journey.

Day 3: Mumbai / Nagpur / Tadoba National Park:

In the morning transfer to Mumbai airport to board your domestic flight to Nagpur. On arrival welcome by our local representative and drive to Tadoga National Park. Check in to your resort and have free time to relax.

Day 4: Tadoba National Park:

In the morning & evening enjoy a game drive in a jeep to spot tigers, sloth bears, and a variety of fauna.

Day 9 – Kanha:

Morning & evening enjoy a game drive in a jeep in the Kanha National Park to spot the royal Bengal tiger. Your game drives are early in the morning and then early evening. During this time the temperatures are at the coolest and we have a good chance to spot various animals. Return to hotel and evening leisure at hotel.

Day 10 – Kanha / Jabalpur / Delhi:

In the morning transfer to Jabalpur Airport to board a flight to New Delhi. On arrival at New Delhi airport, welcome by our local representative and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon enjoy the visit of Lodhi Gardens also known as the garden of Afghan princes. Evening free at your hotel.

Day 11 – Delhi:

Delhi is one of the oldest and newest cities in the world. Discover the contrast between Old and New Delhi on a day tour. In the morning your tour will start with a visit to the biggest mosque in Delhi, Jama Masjid, and the vibrant markets of Chandni Chowk. In the afternoon visit the famous Humayun’s tomb and the Qutub Minar.

Day 12 – Delhi:

In the evening your driver will drive you to the international airport for your onward flight.

Popular as the health resort, Lonavala is situated at a height of 625 mts, about 96 km from Mumbai and 62 km from Pune. In the afternoon, visit Karla and Bhaja Caves which have been found to be of Buddhist origin. These caves are believed to have been built as far back as 200 BC. A huge Buddhist stupa said to be more than 2200 years old, is one of the major draws of the caves. Overnight at hotel.

Day 04: Lonavala – Khandala – Lonavala

After breakfast, leave for Khandala. Visit Bhushi Dam & enjoy the refreshing environment of Khandala. Return back to the hotel for an overnight stay in Lonavala.

Day 5: Lonavala – Matheran

Day 07: Nasik – Shirdi – Aurangabad :

After breakfast, drive to Aurangabad. On the way visit the holy town of Shirdi famous for its temple of saint Sai Baba. The temple including the premises is around 200 Sq.mtrs. Sai Baba lived here till the last minute of his life. On arrival check-in at your hotel. Aurangabad, situated in the central part of Maharashtra is one of the most visited travel destinations in India. Today, Aurangabad is also emerging as an industrial center, with silk fabrics as the major industry. Aurangabad city is the central point for tourists who wish to visit Ajanta and Ellora Caves. However, Aurangabad has its own share of Buddhist caves, carved from a hillside in the 7th century A.D.

Day 8: Aurangabad -Excursion to Ellora Caves

After breakfast, leave for an excursion to Ellora caves, a World Heritage site. These 34 caves, built during the 6th and 11th centuries are dedicated to Buddhism, Brahmanism, and Jainism. Popular sites here are Viharaas, Kailasa Temple, and the Buddhist Vishvakarma Chaitya. Return back to Aurangabad for an overnight stay.

Day 9: Aurangabad – Excursion to Ajanta Caves

After breakfast, leave for an excursion to the Ajanta caves, a World Heritage Site. These 29 caves, built during the 2nd century and 6th centuries are dedicated to Buddhism. Located in the Sahyadri hills, it has paintings and sculptures depicting the life and teachings of Lord Buddha. After an excursion to visit Ajanta caves, return to Aurangabad and evening free at your hotel.

Day 10: Aurangabad – Pune

Departure for Pune. On arrival check-in at your hotel. After breakfast, a guided city tour of Pune visiting The Aga Khan’s Palace, Bund Gardens, Raja Dinkar Kelkar Museum, and Shaniwarwada. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 11: Pune – Mahabaleshwar

After breakfast, drive to Mahabaleshwar and arrive in Mahabaleshwar in the evening and spend the rest of the time at leisure. Overnight stay at Mahabaleshwar.

Day 12: Mahabaleshwar

Full day visiting The old Mahabaleshwar Temple of Mahabaleshwar. For nature lovers, Mahabaleshwar offers several waterfalls. You can visit the Lingmala waterfall, Chinaman waterfall, and Dhobi waterfalls. The hill resort of Mahabaleshwar has as many as thirty vantage points to enjoy the beauty of nature. Day 1: Delhi

Arrive at the Delhi International Airport where our representative will assist you to check into the hotel and after refreshing go for a sightseeing tour to explore the tourist attractions in Delhi. The places to visit here include Jama Masjid, Gandhi Memorial, Red Fort, Parliament House, India Gate, Qutub Minar Complex, and Humayun’s Tomb. Stay overnight at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi – Bhubaneswar by flight

Board a flight to Bhubaneswar in the morning. Arrive at the Bhubaneswar airport where our representative will meet you and help you check in the hotel and later proceed for a half-day sightseeing tour of Bhubaneswar including Lingaraja Temple, Mukateswara Temple, Rajarani Temple, and Vaital Temple. Overnight stay in Bhubaneswar.

Day 3: Bhubaneswar

Go for a full-day excursion to the Buddhist monasteries and monuments, especially the rock-cut caves in the hilltop complexes of Lalitgiri, Ratnagiri, and Udayagiri. Return to Bhubaneswar for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Bhubaneswar – Baliguda

Drive to the beaches of Baliguda. Check-in at the hotel on arrival. Go for swims, relax on the warm sand, or indulge in the many beach activities. Later in the day, proceed for a tour of Baliguda, its fishing and tribal villages, and Desai Khodh. Return to the hotel in the evening for an overnight stay in Baliguda.

Day 5: Baliguda – Rayadaga

Leave for Rayagada in the morning after breakfast. Go through Belghar and Kothagargh. En route visit Kauttiya Kondh Tribal villages and Rasul Kondh villages. Attend the weekly market at Kothagargh. Check in at the hotel on arrival and relax. Overnight stay in Rayagada.

Day 6: Rayagada – Chatikona – Jeypore

Go on a trekking expedition to Chatikona in the morning. Visit the tribal communities, especially the Dongaria Kondh tribes. After shopping in the weekly tribal markets for souvenirs and interacting with the members of the tribe, drive to Jeypore. Overnight stay in Jeypore.

Day 7: Jeypore – Onukudelli – Jeypore

Go on a full-day excursion to Onukudelli in the morning. Interact with the Bonda and Gdabas tribal communities at the weekly tribal markets. Drive back to Jeypore in the late afternoon for an overnight stay.

Day 8: Jeypore – Gupteswar – Jeypore

Proceed for another full-day excursion to Gupteswar caves near Jeypore in the morning. Here, you also get to interact with and observe Dhuraba tribal villages. Drive back to Jeypore in the late afternoon for an overnight stay.

Day 9: Jeypore – Taptapani

Drive to Taptapani in the morning, 300 km away. En route, visit Jagannath Temple and the Tribal Museum at Koraput. Check in at the hotel and relax after a 7-hour long drive. Visit the famous hot water spring in the evening. Overnight stay in Taptapani.

Day 10: Taptapani – Puri

Go on a sightseeing tour of Chandragiri in the morning, home to a Tibetan village settlement. Later in the day, drive to Puri past the Chilika Lake. Here, you can go on a brief cruise on the lake, and visit the bird sanctuary and islands. Check-in at the hotel on arrival in Puri for an overnight stay.

Day 11: Puri – Konark – Puri

Proceed for a full-day excursion to Konark in the morning, a 2-hour drive from Puri. Visit the Konark Sun Temple and the fishermen’s village nearby. Return in the afternoon to Puri for a sightseeing tour of Jagannath Temple, Gundicha Temple markets adjoining the temple complex, and the artisan’s village at Raghurjpur. The artisan’s village is a popular tourist destination for the plethora of handicrafts the region is famous e.g. patta painting etc. Overnight stay in Puri.

Day 12: Puri

The day is to spend on Puri Beach the way you want to. Overnight stay in Puri.

Day 13: Puri – Bhubaneswar – Delhi

Drive to Bhubaneswar airport in the morning to board the next flight to Delhi. Check in at the hotel on arrival in Delhi and relax for the day or go on a shopping excursion to the famous Delhi markets, especially Connaught Place. Evening free at your hotel.

Day 14: Delhi – Departure

At the appropriate time, you will be transferred to Delhi International Airport to catch a flight back to the onward destination.

In the morning after breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport to board the flight to Raipur (the capital of Chhattisgarh). On arrival at Raipur airport, you will be received and transferred further to Kanker. Arrive and check in to the wonderful heritage property Kanker Palace. The rest of the time is spent free to relax.

Day 03: Kanker – Kondagaon – Narayanpur – Kanker

After having breakfast take the excursion to the superb tribal areas of Chhattisgarh. Take a tour of Keshkal Ghat to see the broad woods that surround the tribal destination Bastar. Also, visit Narayanpur and Kondagaon the home of the exquisite handicraft of Bastar. In the evening back to Kanker.

Day 04: Kanker – Jagdalpur

After breakfast drive to Jagdalpur: Bastar’s previous capital. Here you may witness the authentic culture of tribes and interact with a few tribal people at Bastar. Arrive at Jagdalpur and check in at the hotel. Guided tour of the Anthropological Museum and the fantastic Chitrakote Waterfall also called Bastar’s Niagara Falls. In the evening meet a Bison-Horn Maria tribal man and watch a live performance of this community’s traditional dance. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 05: Jagdalpur – Kanger Valley National Park – Jagdalpur

In the morning after breakfast, your driver will take you for an excursion to Kanger Valley National Park to see the rich wildlife, Tirathgarh Waterfalls, and Stalactite and Stalagmite Caves. Stay overnight at Jagdalpur.

Day 06: Jagdalpur – Raipur (04 HRS)

After breakfast drive to Raipur. Arrive and check in at the hotel. In the afternoon a tour of Raipur including the Mahant Ghasidas Museum. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 07: Raipur – Kawardha (120 KMS/ 05 HRS)

Day 08: Kawardha

Today visit the Radha Krishna Temple, Saroda Reservoir, the architect’s delight Bhoramdeo group of temples, and Lohara Bavli. Also, take a tour of the Gond and Baiga tribes’ villages this would offer you a fair idea of Chhattisgarh’s tribal life. Stay overnight in a hotel.

Day 09: Kawardha – Raipur – Delhi

Day 10: Delhi – Departure

According to your flight schedule, you will be transferred to Delhi International Airport to catch a flight back to the onward destination.

Day 1: Guwahati / Shillong

On arrival at Guwahati airport, drive down to Shillong (3 hrs). Drive straight to Nilachal hill (225 m ht) where the Kamakhya group of temples is located. Then proceed to Shillong. A 3 hr leisurely drive brings you to this beautiful hill station. Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day 2: Shillong – Cherapunjee – Shillong

After breakfast depart for Cherrapunjee (52 km). En route visit Myllien, a village of blacksmiths, situated at an altitude of 1720 m and is 16 km from Shillong. Later enjoy a photoshoot on the magnificent view of the deep gorge at Mawkdok Valley (alt 1820m). One can visit Ram Krishna Mission, established in 1913, 2 km before Cherrapunjee on the summit of a hill. It has an interesting museum with Khasi/Garo/Jaintia artifacts. By-passing the main Cherra bazaar, proceed to view the Nohkalikai Falls, which is the fourth-highest falls in the world. In the late afternoon return to Shillong.

Day 3: Shillong – Nameri (6 hrs)

After breakfast drive down to Nameri which is located on the banks of the Jia Bhoroli River and on the Assam-Arunachal border. It is home to the white-winged duck, Sambhar, Barking Deer, Hog Deer, and Elephants. On arrival at Nameri, go by surface (road) for 8 km and then take the boat downstream on fast flowing snow-fed Himalayan River with the option of angling on a catch-and-release basis. It all depends on the amount of time you wish to spend on the boat. There are a few stops downstream to relax and enjoy the natural beauty. Each boat is owned by two tribal boatmen. Overnight stay in Nameri.

Day 4: Nameri – Dirang (6 hrs)

After breakfast cross the border into Arunachal Pradesh and start an uphill drive to Bomdila. Stop at Bomdila and visit the upper and lower Gompa, the local market, museum, emporium, etc. Proceed to Dirang. Enroute visit Tipi Orchid Park. Situated on the banks of the Bharali River, Tipi is known for the widest assortment of orchids found in India. It is astonishing to know that more than 500 species of orchids are found here. Overnight stay at Dirang.

Day 5: Dirang – Full-day Sightseeing

Located in a spectacular valley, Dirang is famous for its apple orchards, sheep breeding farms, and natural hot springs. Dirang is an ideal place for adventures like trekking and hiking. Set out to explore Dirang. Visit Sangti Valley, situated along the shores of Sangti River, 25 km from Bomdila near Dirang, the Sangti Valley is one of the seasonal homes of the majestic creature called the black-necked crane that flies across from China and perhaps Leh, right into its laps. Later visit the Sheep Breeding Centre, Dirang Dzong, a local gompa, horticulture garden, Yak research center, monastery, Dirang village, and if time permits visit the Khaso village. Return to your hotel. Overnight stay at Dirang.

Day 6: Dirang – Tawang (180 kms/7 hrs)

Drive to Tawang from Dirang. Stop for a while at the Sela pass at 14000 ft. From Sela, the road goes downhill and there will be many photoshoot points. On the way visit the Jaswantgarh pass. It’s a memorial to Jaswant Singh PVC of the Indian Army who single-handedly repulsed a Chinese attack but fell bravely defending his position. Also, pass the spectacular Nuranang waterfalls. Overnight at hotel.

Day 7: Tawang – Full-Day Sightseeing

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day excursion including a visit to the famous Tawang Monastery. The 300-year-old Monastery, locally called “Gompa” is considered to be the oldest in India and the second largest Monastery in Asia after Lhasa in Tibet. Later visit the high-altitude lakes including Pangong Tang Tso lake. You can also visit the Craft Center and traditional Monpa Village. Return to your hotel. Overnight stay at Tawang.

Day 8: Tawang – Dirang (6hrs)

Arrive at Dirang and enjoy the day at leisure. Experience the flavor of some local delicacies – head out on walks and interact with the locals to enhance your experience. Return to your hotel. Overnight stay at Dirang.

Day 9: Dirang – Tezpur (6 hrs)

In the morning drive down to Tezpur, a beautiful and multifaceted city situated on the north bank of the Brahmaputra. The city abounds in archaeological sites, hills, lakes, and gardens. Tonight, you can stay in a tea garden bungalow. Recently renovated, the stay here amidst the sprawling gardens is hugely relaxing. If time permits, visit the tea factory to see how tea is processed. Overnight stay at Tezpur.

Day 10: Tezpur – Kaziranga (3 hrs)

Take a long early morning walk in the gardens and soak in the pure air and the fresh fragrance of the tea and other flora. Return rejuvenated for a session of a leisurely tea party in the garden in front of your bungalow. Later proceed to Kaziranga, crossing en route the immense bridge that spans the Brahmaputra. Overnight stay at The Kaziranga National Park.

Day 11: Kaziranga – Elephant and Jeep safaris

Start the day at 5 A.M with a 1 hr. Elephant Safari in the Bagori (western) range of Kaziranga. Later return to the resort for breakfast. After breakfast, enjoy a game drive in the Kohora (central) range in the park. Return to the hotel for lunch, and after lunch visit the nearby villages to experience the rural lifestyle. Overnight stay at the resort.

Day 12: Kaziranga – Guwahati

After breakfast, proceed towards Guwahati, for your onward flight.

In the evening return to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: Amritsar – Dharamshala (195 km / 06 hrs)

In the morning, drive to Dharamshala. After check-into, into the hotel, get fresh to explore the town and experience the Tibetan culture and the residence of His Holiness, The Dalai Lama. Do shopping in the local market for Tibetan handicrafts in the evening. Overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 4: Dharamshala

After breakfast proceed for a full-day local tour of Dharamshala visiting The Tibetan Medical Center, Church of St. John, Trichund Peak, Odichi huts, and local monasteries. Evening visit Dal Lake and Bhagsu Nag Temple and return to the hotel and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 5: Dharamshala / Palampur / Bir Billing :

Along the snow-covered mountains of the Himalayas, we will go from Dharamshala to Bir. On the way, visit Palampur (Tea gardens) check in to your hotel in Bir, and visit of this mountain resort in the Himalayas. Night at the hotel.

Day 6 – Bir Billing:

Day 8: In Shimla

After breakfast, you will go for a day city tour visiting the Indian Institute Of Advanced Studies, Sankat Mochan Temple Jakhu Temple, Kalabadevi Temple, Hanuman Temple, and Christ Church, which was built in the 1850s. Evening free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town the Mall & the Ridge. Overnight at hotel.

Day 9 : Shimla – Kufri Valley – Shimla

After breakfast, you will be driven to Kufri Valley surrounded by dense forest and snow-capped mountains. Enjoy the scenic beauty of Kufri. Later in the afternoon visit Naldehra which offers a well-groomed nine-hole golf course. Drive back to your hotel in the evening and overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 10: Shimla / Chandigarh :

After breakfast, drive to Chandigarh. In the afternoon, enjoy a half-day city tour of Chandigarh visiting Sukna lake – The lifeline of Chandigarh, Rock Garden – Nek Chand’s fantasy world, and Rose Garden. Overnight at hotel.

Day 11 – Chandigarh / Haridwar :

In the morning drive to Haridwar. On arrival check in to Haridwar. Located at the foothills of the Himalayas, Haridwar is a city of temples and ashrams and its pious ambiance envelops everyone. Haridwar is one of the four holy Indian cities that host the Kumbh Mela, a pious gathering of millions of Hindu devotees every 12 years. Evening visit of the Puja on the Banks of the Ganges.

Day 12 – Haridwar / Rishikesh / Haridwar :

In the morning drive to visit Rishikesh. Rishikesh is commonly referred to as the ‘yoga capital of the world’ and rightly so. Day 4: Dharamshala
