Booking Conditions – B2B Partners
1. Booking & Confirmation
India Travel Etc operates as a Destination Management Company (DMC) for India and provides ground handling services and tailor-made programs accros India.
All bookings must be submitted in writing (email or official inquiry form). A booking is considered tentatively confirmed upon written acceptance of the quotation within its validity period.
A booking becomes definitively confirmed only upon:

Receipt of the required booking advance

Signed contract / booking form accepted by the contracting partner
India Travel etc reserves the right to release services if the above conditions are not met within the agreed timeframe.
2. Payment Terms

Deposit: 30% of the total quoted amount payable at confirmation

Balance: Payable as per deadlines mentioned in the booking form or proforma invoice
Failure to respect payment deadlines authorizes India Travel etc to cancel the booking without further notice, with applicable cancellation charges.
Accepted Payment Methods

International bank transfer

Debit / Credit card (5% surcharge applicable)
An invoice will be issued upon receipt of each payment, clearly indicating amounts paid and outstanding balances.
3. Travel Documents & Formalities
The contracting partner is responsible for ensuring that all passengers:

Hold valid passports (minimum 6 months validity beyond return date)

Obtain appropriate Indian visas or e-visas
-
Comply with health, vaccination, and administrative requirements
India Travel etc cannot be held responsible for denied boarding, refused entry, or penalties arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation. Any resulting costs remain fully chargeable to the client.
4. Safety & Health Information
India Travel etc recommends that partners and their clients consult official travel advisories issued by their respective governments.
Health regulations and vaccination recommendations are subject to change and must be monitored by the contracting partner. Compliance is the sole responsibility of the travelers.
5. Amendments Requested Before Departure
Once the booking form is signed:

No modifications are permitted without additional charges
Any modification requested before ticket issuance will incur:

5% of the modified services value

Minimum charge: USD 50 per file
Any amendment requested after ticket issuance (including name changes or spelling corrections) will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, with all costs passed on accordingly.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing and acknowledged by India Travel etc.
Non-refundable in all cases:

Visa fees

Insurance premiums

Registration fees
-
Air tickets once issued
Ground Services (excluding airfares)

More than 60 days before departure:
30% of total tour cost per person (minimum USD 200 per person) -
59 to 31 days before departure:
40% of total tour cost per person (minimum USD 200 per person) -
30 to 21 days before departure:
70% of total tour cost per person -
20 to 15 days before departure:
80% of total tour cost per person -
14 to 8 days before departure:
90% of total tour cost per person -
7 days or less before departure:
100% of total tour cost per person
Special Conditions

100% cancellation fees apply for:

Cruises
-
Luxury and exclusive hotels
-
Special contracted properties
-
All domestic or international air tickets once issued

In case of partial cancellation within a group booking, cancellation charges will be deducted from the total amount received, regardless of the payer.
7. Air Transport

Airline names (international and domestic) will be communicated at confirmation

Any schedule changes, airline changes, or cancellations imposed by airlines will be informed as soon as received

Fuel surcharges and non-refundable components are not refundable by airlines
India Travel etc acts as an intermediary and cannot be held liable for airline operational decisions.
8. Insurance
India Travel etc does not provide any cancellation or repatriation travel insurance.
The contracting partner must ensure that all travelers are adequately insured (medical, cancellation, baggage, repatriation).
9. Prices & Currency
All prices are quoted in EUR, USD or INR, net of commission unless otherwise stated.
Prices are firm upon confirmation; however, adjustments may occur due to:

Fuel cost fluctuations

Government tax or fee changes
-
Exchange rate variations
Any price revision will be communicated no later than 30 days prior to departure.
10. Ground Services During Travel

Services voluntarily modified or not used by clients during travel are non-refundable

Additional services requested on-site must be paid directly
-
No refunds will be granted for unused transfers, excursions, or accommodations
11. Liability & Force Majeure
India Travel etc cannot be held responsible for:

No-shows or late arrivals
-
Invalid or missing travel documents
-
Events beyond its control (political unrest, strikes, weather conditions, technical issues, force majeure, Covid etc.)
In such cases, no compensation is payable, and any additional costs incurred remain at the client’s expense.
India Travel etc reserves the right to modify routes, dates, or services if traveler safety is at risk or if required by authorities.
12. Complaints
Any complaint must be submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe after travel completion, accompanied by supporting documents.
During travel, any issue must be reported immediately to allow corrective action.

13. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Indian law.
All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
